Orders and changes
Please check your order, delivery address and contact details carefully before completing checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been placed.
Delivery areas and timing
We deliver to Beirut, Metn, Keserwan and Jbeil. Delivery is typically within 1–5 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Products sold by weight
Each product page states whether the item is sold per kg, per portion, per piece or by another stated unit. Where a weight selector is offered, choose your preferred weight before adding the item to your cart.
For items priced by weight, the final invoice may vary according to their actual final weights. The listed price per kg applies.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or spoiled item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
