Cash on Delivery purchases count after delivery and collection are recorded. Cancelled, unpaid and fully refunded purchases do not count. Use the same signed-in customer account each time; website visits alone do not earn rewards.
Calendar weeks run Monday to Sunday, and months follow the calendar in Beirut time. Order values use the final invoiced merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery and taxes. Final weights and refunds may change eligibility or earned credit. The order that unlocks a tier receives the new tier’s benefit on future orders.
Monthly jar rewards and the $20 monthly credit remain available alongside either membership tier. VIP cashback replaces the Regular 10% discount, so the two benefits do not stack. A VIP order must be strictly over $300 in qualifying merchandise to earn its 10% credit.
Store credit is a reward for future Butcheria purchases. It is not cash paid back to your bank or wallet. Each monthly gift is issued once, and each jar code can be used once. Refunded or cancelled qualifying purchases can reverse unspent rewards; already spent credit is offset against later earnings without creating a customer cash charge.
